F&b Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented F B Associate to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service in all areas of food and beverage operations ensuring high levels of cleanliness efficiency and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen bar staff Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously Ensure tables and service areas are clean and properly set Handle billing and payments accurately and efficiently Respond to guest inquiries requests and complaints with professionalism Maintain knowledge of menu items daily specials and promotions Follow all food safety and hygiene standards Assist in setting up buffet or banquet events as required Collaborate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service operations

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent degree diploma in hospitality is an advantage Previous experience in F B or customer service preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00
