We are the Data Fiduciary for your personal data. This notice itemizes why we collect your data and the lawful purpose for each use, as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).

Why we process your data

• Account & authentication

  Your email and password (managed by our auth provider) to create and secure your account.

• Service delivery

  Your name and enrollment history to give you access to the courses and events you sign up for.

• Payments

  Order and payment metadata (never your card details — those go directly to our payment processor) to fulfill paid enrollments.

• Support & security

  Logs and request identifiers to keep your account secure and help you when something goes wrong.

• Job portal browsing

  A small signed cookie counts your visits to the public job portal so we can offer a few free browses before asking you to sign in. It stores only a count — no IP address or personal data.

• Analytics (optional)

  Aggregated usage data to improve the product. Only if you consent.

• Marketing (optional)

  Email updates about courses, events and offers. Only if you consent, and withdrawable any time.

• Access a copy of your personal data
