Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and market bench consultants to implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients across the United States.
  • Search for suitable contract opportunities through job portals, vendor networks, and staffing platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Submit consultant profiles to open requirements and follow up on interview schedules and feedback.
  • Coordinate with consultants regarding project availability, skills, rates, and work authorization details.
  • Negotiate billing rates and contract terms with vendors and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, placements, and client interactions in the ATS/CRM system.
  • Track consultant availability and proactively market consultants to maximize placements.
  • Follow up on job requirements and generate daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
  • Learn and adhere to US staffing processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with account managers, recruiters, and sales teams to achieve placement targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, HR, Marketing, or related field).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment, sales, or staffing processes is preferred.
  • Ability to build professional relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Good internet research and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in US business hours/night shifts.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Training will be provided for candidates interested in developing a career in US Staffing and Bench Sales.
