Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations, product listings, advertising campaigns, inventory coordination, and sales growth across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling adult wellness product categories and be capable of driving product visibility and revenue through effective listing optimization and marketplace advertising.

Experience Required

1–2 Years of Experience in E-Commerce Operations, Marketplace Management, or Online Sales.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
• Create SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, keywords, and catalog content.
• Maintain accurate product information, pricing, stock levels, and images.
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
• Coordinate inventory management, order processing, dispatch, and fulfillment activities.
• Handle customer queries, returns, refunds, and marketplace support tickets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain overall account health and seller rating

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace portals.
• Experience in Product Listing and Catalog Management.
• Hands-on experience in Amazon Ads and Marketplace Advertising Campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce listings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Understanding of inventory and order management processes.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Adult Wellness, Personal Care, Lifestyle, or Consumer Product categories will be preferred.
