Junior Account Executive

We are looking for Junior Accounts Executive for our Accounts department. Kindly apply if the following roles and responsibilities suits you:

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Responsibilities

• Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax calculations & filings .
• Manage accounting in Tally with accurate journal & ledger entries.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly closings, financial statements, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or CA firm.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax & reconciliations .
• Proficiency in Tally & MS Excel .
• Attention to detail with strong reporting skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Commerce, Banking & Insurance, or Accounting & Finance; CA Intermediate /MBA preferred.
• 2–6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a CA firm.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, tax laws, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting/ERP software.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and leadership skills with strong attention to detail.
