Job Title: Senior Analyst
Location: JCPSI, Bangalore Job Department: Digital Operation Role Summary: The Senior Analyst drives data-led insights across six brands to enhance digital commerce performance. This role combines technical expertise, analytical problem-solving, and business acumen to identify trends, mitigate risks, and optimize outcomes across multiple categories and brand experiences.
Responsibilities include delivering actionable insights, tracking cross-brand KPIs, and influencing strategic decisions to improve sales, conversion, and customer experience at scale. Key
Responsibilities: ● Utilize Adobe Analytics, SQL, and Tableau to create insightful reports and dashboards. ● Leverage business and analytical expertise to proactively identify and solve problems—even those not yet recognized by stakeholders. ● Analyze web analytics, customer behavior, and related data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and optimize digital merchandising strategies ● Play a critical role in delivering accurate, data-driven analysis to support decision-making across the organization. ● Track and evaluate KPIs, enhance customer journeys, and present findings that drive conversion rate optimization and sales growth. ● Use statistical rigor to solidify validity of findings and be able to explain those concepts to non-experts ● Collaborate with business, technology, and analytics teams to define data
requirements and establish effective data collection processes. ● Partner with multiple brand teams to implement digital strategies across Catalyst Brand homepages, campaigns, and category pages. ● Drive automation initiatives for dashboards, competitive analysis, and industry trend reporting. ● Serve as a subject matter expert, mentor junior analysts, and support executive-level reviews. ● Ensure operational readiness during high-priority events, including providing weekend and off-hour support when needed.
Qualifications ● 4–6 years’ experience in eCommerce or Retail Website Analysis/Campaign Management, preferably multi-brand ● Expertise in web analytics and reporting tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.). ● Ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively guide decision-making ● Understanding of Digital and Ecommerce terminology ● Knowledge of statistical testing methodologies ● Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to influence stakeholders. ● Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, matrixed environments. ● Track record of process automation and strategic insights.
