About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and highly organized Business Support Associates who can manage our Front Office and offer support to initial screening calls to serve as the first point of contact for prospective Study Abroad and Migration clients. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, lead screening, front office management, client coordination, data management, pre-sales support, and administrative assistance to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the consultation process.
Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling & Lead Management
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and online inquiries.
- Attend inbound calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
- Screen and qualify leads based on eligibility, destination preferences, and migration/study requirements.
- Schedule consultations and appointments for counsellors and advisors.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.
- Update lead status and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Front Office & Reception Management
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and applicants.
- Manage reception activities and maintain a professional office environment.
- Coordinate appointments, meeting schedules, and visitor records.
- Handle incoming emails, calls, and correspondence efficiently.
Client Relationship Management
- Build positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Provide accurate preliminary information regarding study abroad and migration services.
- Coordinate with counsellors, visa processing teams, and management to ensure timely client support.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and documentation.
Data Management & Documentation
- Maintain accurate client records, databases, and CRM entries.
- Verify basic client information and documentation before forwarding to relevant departments.
- Generate reports on leads, appointments, follow-ups, and client conversions.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across all systems.
Pre-Sales Support
- Explain company services, process flow, and consultation procedures to prospective clients.
- Identify client requirements and direct them to the appropriate consultant.
- Support admission and migration teams in lead nurturing and conversion activities.
- Assist in promotional campaigns, events, and client engagement initiatives.
Office Administration Support
- Provide administrative support to the management and operations team.
- Manage office supplies, filing systems, and general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate internal communication and assist with day-to-day office operations.
- Support documentation and record-keeping activities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Front Office, Customer Service, Admissions, Study Abroad, Immigration, or related fields.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Study Abroad, International Education, Immigration, Visa Consulting, Admissions, Customer Support, or Telecalling environments.
- Knowledge of international education destinations and migration pathways will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Experience:
