Job Overview

We are looking for a Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee salary-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and payroll compliances while ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll data.
  • Calculate salaries, incentives, bonuses, overtime, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Prepare and process Full & Final (F&F) settlements for exiting employees.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable labor laws.
  • Generate salary slips and payroll-related reports.
  • Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and validations.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and payroll reconciliation statements.
  • Support audits and compliance requirements related to payroll.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software/HRMS systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Analysis).
  • Good understanding of labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in payroll processing and compliance.
  • Experience handling payroll for medium to large employee headcount will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
