Human Resources Intern

We're hiring an HR Intern to support our hiring operations end-to-end. You'll work directly with the team running recruitment across multiple roles: sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and keeping the pipeline moving. If you're organized, follow through without reminders, and want real exposure to how a growing tech company hires, this is it.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

• Post job openings on LinkedIn and other platforms, and keep them updated
• Screen incoming applications and resumes against role requirements
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and interviewers
• Follow up with candidates at each stage of the pipeline
• Maintain and update the candidate tracker daily
• Draft and send communication to candidates (shortlist, rejection, scheduling)
• Support with any documentation or coordination tasks that come up during the hiring process

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• Strong written English. You'll be communicating directly with candidates.
• Organized and detail-oriented. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
• Comfortable working with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and email daily
• Available to work on-site in Dwarka, full days, without exception
• Can work independently once a task is clear. No hand-holding needed.

PREFERRED

• Prior internship or project experience in recruitment or HR coordination
• Familiarity with job portals beyond LinkedIn (Naukri, Internshala, etc.)
• Exposure to tech, SaaS, or digital services hiring

Job Type: Internship (3 months, extendable to 6 months, PPO available for strong performers)
