Job Description – Multi-Role Executive

Position: BDE / Sales Executive / Telecaller / Video Editor / SEO & Digital Marketing Executive Department: Sales and Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calling, WhatsApp, social media and online platforms.
• Contact potential customers and explain the company’s products and services.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers.
• Schedule meetings, demos or site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain daily calling, follow-up and sales records in CRM or Excel.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
• Create and edit promotional videos, reels and social media content.
• Design basic marketing creatives, thumbnails and short advertisements.
• Manage social media pages such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Perform basic SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO and content optimization.
• Upload blogs, videos and website content with proper titles, descriptions and keywords.
• Run basic digital marketing campaigns through social media and online platforms.
• Monitor website traffic, social media performance and lead-generation reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for promotions and campaigns.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of sales, telecalling and customer follow-up.
• Basic video-editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro or Filmora.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, social media marketing and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of Canva, MS Excel, CRM and WhatsApp Business.
• Creative thinking and content-planning skills.
• Target-oriented, responsible and self-motivated.

Qualification

• 12th pass or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in sales, telecalling, video editing, SEO or digital marketing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
