Job Roles & Responsibilities:-

IP & Rent Billing

• Check changes during the month as new RFS, Upgrade, RFI w.r.t source document
• Prepare billing file / verify billing file generated through system w.r.t effect of new sites ,off-air sites, upgrade and decom, ensure no duplicate entries and Start Date and End Date to the current billing month, check escalation logic using RFI / RFAI dates; where an upgrade date falls within the current month, use the upgrade date as the escalation trigger. Cross check rental paid vs. billed with escalation clause,
• Perform MOM deviation analysis and document reasons for variances.

Energy Pass-Through (PT) Billing

• Download and check EB data from AST Portal and Use the Master EB Tracker to populate details for own-meter and sub-meter configurations to prepare billing file, cross-verify billing amounts against finance payout records and update remarks (e.g., DCOM or off-air status) accordingly.
• Ensure current month’s start date and opening units for prior-month and no billing overlaps.
• Validate billing parameters including duration, Rate Per Unit (RPU), and rate-per-day; resolve discrepancies by referencing physical EB bills.

Quality, Controls & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Ensure completeness of billing against all applicable sites, maintain billing trackers and documentation to support internal audit and revenue assurance reviews.
• Meet all month-end and quarter-end billing deadlines without compromise.
• Proactively flag anomalies, discrepancies, or systemic issues to the Wireless Manager for timely corrective action.
