Salary Package:

₹18,000 – ₹55,000 per month (based on experience & process)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer queries via calls/chat/email
• Provide accurate information and resolution to customers
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
• Meet quality and productivity targets
• Work collaboratively with team members

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum HSC / Graduate (depending on process)
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
