Customer Support Representative – OS NA Chat Process (International)

About the Role:

Hiring for the OS NA International Process (Chat). This is a great opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in the international BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions through Chat & Voice support
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
• Document customer interactions accurately

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

• Graduates & Undergraduates can apply

Experience:

• Freshers & Experienced (1 year) both eligible

Skills Required:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Technical aptitude
• Customer-centric approach
• Comfortable with rotational and night shifts

Salary Structure:

• Freshers: ₹30K package = ₹24,410 CTC + ₹3000 PLI + 2,597 Statutory Bonus
• Experienced (1 yr): ₹32K package = ₹26,045 CTC + ₹3200 PLI + 2,771 Statutory Bonus
• PLI applicable post training based on attendance, login hours, QA & CSAT-DSAT.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• 5 days working
• Rotational shifts & week offs
• 9.5 hours/day including break
• Cab facility for eligible night shifts only
• No leaves allowed during first 3 months (except weekly offs)
