Accountant (Manufacturing Industry) – Zoho Books Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Zoho Books.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, expenses, and inventory.
• Reconcile bank accounts, cash transactions, and vendor accounts.
• Track raw material consumption, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Handle GST filing, TDS, ESI, PF, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants for financial reporting and compliance.
• Assist management with budgeting, costing, and financial planning.
• Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights for business decisions.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books (mandatory).
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and manufacturing costing.
• Experience in GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Zoho Inventory.
• Knowledge of production costing and stock valuation.
• Experience in packaging, printing, jewellery, or manufacturing industries.

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
