Job Profile: Sr. Executive & Admin Assistant (EA)

Role Objective

To provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Director, ensuring smooth follow-ups, reporting, and inter-departmental communication for efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Assistance
  • Support the Director in follow-ups, scheduling, and daily administrative tasks.
  • Act as a point of contact between the Director and various departments, ensuring timely updates.
  • Coordination & Reporting
  • Coordinate with branches and departments to collect, compile, and present periodic reports.
  • Track ongoing tasks/projects and update the Director regularly on progress.
  • Follow up with the sales team, ensuring timely submission of performance and sales reports.
  • Prepare concise, structured reports and presentations to support decision-making.
  • Cross-Department Support
  • Ensure effective communication and follow-through on behalf of the Director.
  • Help streamline inter-departmental coordination and escalate issues as necessary.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business Administration/Commerce or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, ERP systems, and online research.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
