Job Title: Senior Manager – Client Delivery
Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Manager – Client Delivery with 4-8 years of experience to join our growing team at KAT & Company, Chartered Accountants, Noida.
This is a high-ownership role where you will directly manage client relationships and delivery across our core service lines — Virtual CFO, SME IPO Advisory, and Financial Modelling. You will lead a team, ensure quality output, and be the primary point of contact for our MSME clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client delivery across Virtual CFO, IPO Advisory, and Financial Modelling engagements
- Manage and mentor a team of associates and analysts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with SME owners and promoters
- Oversee financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and compliance deliverables for assigned clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Identify opportunities to add value and grow the client account
Who We're Looking For
- CA-Inter Qualified or B.Com Graduate
- 4 to 8 years of experience, preferably in a CA firm or accounting/consulting practice
- Strong understanding of financial statements, compliance, and client servicing
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize under pressure
- Based in or willing to work from Noida (Work from Office)
