KB Associate is looking for Fresh Mechanical Candidates to join our team as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) – Production & Design.

Location: Rajarajan Nagar, Vanagaram, Chennai Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience: Freshers Only Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Basic understanding of Mechanical Drawings
• AutoCAD knowledge preferred
• Basic MS Office skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Assisting in Production Activities
• Documentation and Record Maintenance
• Communication and Coordination with Internal Teams
• Assisting the Design Department
• Follow-up on Daily Production Schedules and Project Activities
• Coordination with Production Incharges and Design Managers
• Tracking and Updating Work Progress Status
• Supporting Smooth Execution of Production and Design Operations

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers from the Mechanical domain only
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
