Role Overview
- Content Review: Screen user-submitted text, images, and videos to identify violations such as hate speech, harassment, spam, or graphic violence.
- Policy Enforcement: Apply platform-specific community guidelines and legal regulations (like GDPR or COPPA) to decide if content should be approved, removed, or escalated.
- User Management: Take actions against violating accounts, such as banning or suspending users, and responding to user appeals or reports.
- Data Accuracy: Accurately tag and categorize content to help train AI moderation tools and maintain detailed records of moderation actions.
- Trend Monitoring: Identify emerging patterns in user behavior, such as new slang or sophisticated scams, and report them to improve policy workflows.

- B.Tech, MBA & MCA freshers are not eligible
- B.Tech/MBA/MCA candidates must have minimum 6 months International Voice experience
- Candidates pursuing regular education must bring NOC from college
