Responsibilities/: Outbound Calling/: Use databases or lead lists that are offered to make a large number of calls every day to introduce business services and goods. Information Dissemination/: To increase awareness, fully describe the characteristics, costs, and advantages of the product to prospective buyers. Lead Qualification/: Determine a prospect 's level of interest and "fit " for additional sales interaction by screening them with specific questions. Data management/: Correctly enter call statuses, customer comments, and follow/-up dates into the calling database or CRM. Scheduling Appointments/: Work with the field or sales team to schedule product demos or meetings for prospective prospects. Follow/-up Management/: Call "warm " leads who have asked for additional time or information on a regular basis. Feedback Gathering/: To assist the marketing team in improving their messaging, note frequently asked concerns or objections from customers.
