Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Baddi Experience: 3–4 Years Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, statutory compliance, and reporting functions in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Prepare and process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and petty cash transactions.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities.
  • Prepare GST invoices, E-way Bills, and ensure timely GST compliance.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
  • Maintain records of purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers for payments.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings.
  • Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
  • Support inventory reconciliation and coordination with stores and production departments.

Qualification

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Preferred Experience

  • 3–4 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant.
  • Experience with GST, TDS, audits, and manufacturing accounting.
  • Knowledge of inventory accounting and plant accounting processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
