E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support our online sales and marketplace operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in e-commerce, online selling, and digital operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, updating, and managing product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, company website, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Monitor stock availability, pricing, and product performance across marketplaces.
• Handle customer queries, messages, reviews, and feedback with professionalism.
• Support order processing and coordination with logistics partners for dispatches and returns.
• Track daily sales and maintain reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Work with marketplace support teams for listing approvals and issue resolution.
• Assist in executing promotional activities, deals, and campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply for this role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce concepts (training will be provided).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
