Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions and drive sales through our digital channels. This is a customer-facing role that combines relationship management with sales execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into orders, assisting customers with their purchase decisions, and maximizing revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling.

The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to deliver a smooth end-to-end shopping experience while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, chat, email, and social media platforms.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through timely follow-ups.
  • Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and offers.
  • Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling of products.
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer experience.
  • Provide order updates and post-sales support.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in internal systems.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Inside Sales, or Online Retail (fashion/retail preferred).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
  • Good typing skills and professional email etiquette.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email platforms, Shopify, and MS Office.
