Job Description – Engineering Intern
Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated Engineering Intern to support the design and development of a LinMot-based demo unit. The intern will gain hands-on experience in machine design, automation, motion control, assembly, and testing while working closely with the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of the LinMot demo unit.
- Prepare basic CAD models, drawings, and assembly layouts.
- Support component selection and BOM preparation.
- Assist in mechanical assembly, wiring, and system integration.
- Support LinMot drive setup, motion profile configuration, and testing activities.
- Perform troubleshooting and testing under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare technical reports.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, Inventor, etc.).
- Interest in automation, motion control, and machine design.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a hands-on engineering environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
