Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description

Position: Sales Assistant Manager Location: Renault Showroom, Pondicherry

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor daily showroom enquiries, test drives, and vehicle bookings.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain showroom standards and vehicle display arrangements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct sales team training and performance reviews.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of CRM and sales reporting.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Branch Manager

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
