Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases/leads.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
  • Explain company products and services clearly.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM/software.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
  • Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
  • Coordinate with sales and support teams**.**

Required Skills

  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle customer objections.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Active listening and problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Experience: Fresher or 1–3 years in telecalling/customer support/sales.
  • Language proficiency: English, Hindi, and regional language preferred.
  • Working Conditions
  • Full-time office job / Day shift (depending on company).
  • Target-oriented environment.

Salary

  • Based on experience and performance.
  • Incentives may be applicable.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
