Position Overview We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and result-oriented Graduate Management Trainees (GMTs) to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role is designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build a strong foundation in business development, marketing strategy, customer engagement, and brand growth. The selected candidates will work closely with senior leadership and gain hands-on exposure to sales operations, digital marketing, customer relationship management, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

• Identify and connect with potential customers, institutions, and business partners.
• Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline channels.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Support customer acquisition and relationship-building activities.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Marketing & Brand Development
• Support digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in executing brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Support event, webinar, and promotional activities. Market Intelligence
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Collect customer feedback and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer experience and market reach. Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, Communications, or related fields.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales and digital marketing concepts.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and lead generation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Content writing and social media management skills.
