Talent Acquisition Associate – OnePurpos
What You’ll Do
- End-to-End Hiring:
Own different roles at a time. Take JD from client → source candidates → screen → share shortlist.
- Candidate Sourcing:
Use LinkedIn, job boards, and our internal pool to find impact sector talent.
- Screening:
Conduct 15-min calls to check for mission fit, salary alignment, notice period, and retention risk.
- Client Coordination:
Update clients every 2-3 days. Share feedback, manage interview schedules, follow up till joining.
5. Event Coordination & Communication
Manage end-to-end communication and coordination for all related events to ensure smooth execution.
- Database Building:
Maintain and grow our candidate database for dev sector roles.
- Process Improvement:
Suggest what’s working/not working in sourcing and screening.
What We’re Looking For

Graduate in any stream

1-2 years in recruitment, HR, or campus hiring.

Freshers with strong internship/placement cell experience can apply.

Good communication skills in English + Hindi.

Comfort with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Google Sheets/Notion.

High ownership. You follow through till the candidate joins, not just till shortlist.

Empathy + patience. Our clients are NGOs and develop sector. You need to understand their constraints.
Nice to have: Prior experience hiring for NGOs, startups, or education/social sector.
