BFSI Trainer

Position: BFSI Trainer (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance Trainer)

Location: Vagra, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and practical training in Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) as per the curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and conduct assessments.
• Evaluate trainee performance and maintain training records.
• Support trainee mobilization, counselling, and admissions.
• Assist in placement activities and coordinate with industry partners.
• Ensure a disciplined, engaging, and learner-centric training environment.

Eligibility:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Management, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Relevant industry and/or training experience in BFSI preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Must be fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
• Only Gujarat based candidates will be considered.

Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
