Role Overview

We are looking for a highly energetic and execution-oriented Marketing & Social Media Associate to support content creation, social media management, influencer marketing, community engagement, and brand-building initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media or digital marketing who wants to be part of building a consumer brand from the ground up.

The role will work directly with the founder and have significant ownership across marketing activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

• Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Schedule and publish content according to content calendars
• Write captions, reels descriptions, and social media copy
• Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions
• Track social media performance and prepare weekly reports
• Identify trends, viral formats, and content opportunities

Content Coordination

• Coordinate with content creators, designers, photographers, and freelancers
• Assist in planning monthly content calendars
• Create content briefs for videos, reels, posts, and campaigns
• Maintain content trackers and production schedules
• Ensure timely execution of content deliverables

Influencer Marketing

• Identify relevant skincare, beauty, and lifestyle influencers
• Reach out to influencers and manage collaborations
• Track campaign deliverables and performance
• Maintain influencer databases and communication records
• Coordinate product seeding activities

Marketplace & E-commerce Support

• Assist in Amazon listing updates and content management
• Coordinate with marketplace agencies and freelancers
• Track reviews, ratings, and customer feedback
• Support promotional campaigns and product launches

Marketing Operations

• Conduct competitor and market research
• Track campaign performance and key metrics
• Maintain marketing dashboards and reports
• Support product launch and promotional activities
• Assist in executing digital marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, Commerce, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or Brand Marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, and short-form content
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing
• Strong organizational and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with a D2C brand, agency, or startup
• Basic photo/video editing skills
• Understanding of Amazon marketplace operations
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
• Experience coordinating with freelancers and creators
