Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Technical Support Executives to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing timely support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, chat, or remote support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and application-related issues.
• Record and track customer issues through the support system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when necessary.
• Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and usage.
• Follow up with customers to ensure successful issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of support interactions and solutions.
• Adhere to company service standards and response timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and internet applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to assist users.
• Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline (IT background preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking concepts.
• Experience with customer support or helpdesk tools is an added advantage.
