Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Accounts Executive to join our finance team located in Gurugram. This role is suitable for CA Inter qualified with completed articleship or CA Finalist or B.Com / M.Com graduates who have completed articleship or have hands-on experience in accounting and statutory compliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries
- Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Preparation and filing of TDS returns and handling related compliances
- GST, TDS, and ledger reconciliations
- Assist in monthly MIS preparation and basic financial reporting
- Support AR & AP management
- Maintain proper documentation and statutory records
- Assist seniors during audits, assessments, and compliance reviews
Qualifications and Skills:
- CA Inter qualified with completed articleship / CA Finalist / B.Com / M.Com
- Articleship completed or relevant accounting experience preferred
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS return filing
- Good understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping
- Exposure to Tally or similar accounting software preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
