Shifts - Rotational shifts (Including Night Shifts)

5 days working with 2 rotational week offs

Location - Mohali, Sector 75

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through chat and voice (international clients).

• Deliver accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Troubleshoot and escalate issues when required.

• Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions.

• Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics

(Domain Knowledge - BPO Voice/Non-Voice/ Customer Service)
