Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT)

Key Responsibilities:Production Support

• Assist operators in production and manufacturing activities.
• Load and unload raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials.

Material Handling

• Move materials between stores and production areas.
• Assist in weighing, mixing, packing, and labeling activities as required.
• Maintain proper storage and handling of materials.

Housekeeping & Safety

• Maintain cleanliness of machines, workstations, and production areas.
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies.

Packing & Dispatch Support

• Assist in packing, labeling, and stacking finished goods.
• Ensure products are packed according to company standards.
• Support loading and unloading activities for dispatch.

Quality Compliance

• Follow work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualification:

• 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI (Preferred).
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of manufacturing operations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and material handling activities.
• Teamwork and willingness to learn.
• Good discipline and attendance record.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
