Position Title Territory Manager Business Food Beverage Reports To Zonal Manager POSITION PURPOSE The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing business in the Food Beverage

RESPONSIBILITIES 1 To develop business in the Beverage and Brewing segment through regular account management understand customer needs and have the proposal made and executed to meet the customer needs and also to generate additional business for Diversey 2 Ability to demonstrate value proposition and close the sale Ability to conceptualise and develop the complete solution for the customer to generate business Development and deliver presentations and proposals 3 Sound understanding of the commercial environment and efficient management of distributors 4 Build sustainable and mutually beneficial customer relationships Maintaining the basic sales function of the territory 5 Maintain maximise the sales with the customer group Timely collection of payments 6 Continuous opportunity spotting and move to close these regularly Carrying out performance proof-in trials 7 Customer service involves providing technical support to the customer 8 Problem-solving during performance issues 9 Maintaining regular service visits and reports 10 Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the customer s processes and their Cleaning Hygiene needs KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE PERSON PROFILE Ability to put subject knowledge to use Basic Knowledge of Chemistry particularly water-related Demonstrated proven ability to build and nurture customer relationships Drive for results Customer Focus Integrity and trust Passion for selling the product
