Accountant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime with accuracy and timely updates.
• Handle GST compliance, return filing, reconciliations, and related documentation.
• Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor accounts receivable/payable.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities as required.
• Generate MIS reports and provide financial updates to management.
• Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and supporting documents.

ELIGIBILITY

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, and accounting principles.
• Experience in handling end-to-end accounting functions independently.
• Familiarity with TDS, GST reconciliations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and business accounting practices.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in trading, distribution, industrial products, or related industries will be an added advantage.

PREFERENCE

• Candidates with proven experience in independently managing accounting operations, statutory compliance, and GST-related responsibilities will be preferred.

SALARY

₹18,000 upwards (negotiable) per month (based on experience and suitability)
