Key Responsibilities (Critical
responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance) • Providing primary outpatient care, basic emergency medical care on the site to stabilize the patient, limited diagnostic testing. • Administer first aid and treat minor illnesses independently. • Provide medical consultations and determine which cases need further consultation or referral. • Provide primary emergency care based on BLS techniques and tools when required. • Conduct health promotion activities. • Documentation of all medical cases and ensure correct and proper storage of medical records. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Clinician, MS. • Adhere to International SOS Clinical Governance policies, standards, and procedures. • Participate in clinical audits, incident reviews, quality improvement activities, and clinical governance initiatives as directed by the Lead Physician. • Report clinical incidents, near misses, and patient safety concerns in accordance with established escalation procedures. • Support occupational health programs including pre-employment assessments, periodic medical examinations, return-to-work assessments, and fitness-for-duty evaluations. • Participate in workplace health surveillance programs as required. • Ensure all clinical encounters are documented accurately, completely, and contemporaneously within the EMR. • Maintain compliance with medical record standards, clinical documentation
requirements, and data privacy regulations. • Deliver health education sessions, webinars, wellness campaigns, and preventive health initiatives aligned with client
requirements. • Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations, including patient confidentiality

DUTIES AND SERVICES Patient Related • Provide routine medical consultations. • Provide primary care treatment for minor illnesses and injuries. • Perform post-health Check consultations for eligible employees. • Consult for unstable patients such as head injuries, chest pain etc; • Organization of any referral specialist consultation and treatment for patients if required. • Assist Medical Director and Operations Manager
- Medical Services in conducting induction for new staff. • Ensure staff members receive training and advice on the relevant contract
requirements with the client (Scope of work). • Maintain a professional and supportive attitude towards all site staff. • Maintain effective communication processes with all site staff. • Foster a positive attitude amongst staff and teams. Reporting • Maintain patient records and reports for all allocated

- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Database software and internet usage. • Knowledge of the specific functions of support departments. • The development of supportive interaction processes with all site and support staff that promotes the development of professional and effective communication. • Excellent teamwork and the development of relationships that promote a high level of trust and integrity within the team and towards other departments. • Generating of enthusiasm within the team and with sites. • A thorough and professional working knowledge of the site/s and staff working on the site/s. - Minimum 3 years in a hospital/clinical setting. Experience in primary GP care essential. Required
Qualifications (Brief description of the educational background needed to perform the job) • MBBS from a medical college certified by Medical Council of India. • Valid Registration with Indian Medical Council/State Medical Council • BLS trained Required Languages (Brief description of the language skills needed to perform the job) • Excellent written and spoken English. Additional language capability is an advantage. • National language in country of assignment (if required).
