About the Role: We are looking for empathetic and patient-focused professionals to coordinate fertility treatment journeys for couples. The ideal candidate will guide patients through consultations, treatments, and follow-up care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient appointments and treatment schedules
• Counsel and support couples throughout the treatment process
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Communicate treatment plans and follow-up requirements
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and laboratory teams
• Ensure excellent patient experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• M.Sc Psychology / Life Science Graduate / Allied Healthcare Graduate
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• IVF/Fertility experience will be an added advantage

Skills Required:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Counselling and patient relationship management abilities
• Organizational and coordination skills
