About
the Role We are looking for a motivated and organized Fresher Project Coordinator to assist in managing our ongoing client projects You will be involved in coordinating with team members communicating with clients tracking project progress and ensuring tasks are completed on time This position is ideal for freshers who want to start a career in IT project management and operations while learning about software and website development workflows
Key Responsibilities Coordinate with developers designers and testers to track project updates and progress Communicate with clients for feedback requirement changes and status updates Assist in project planning milestone tracking and delivery follow-ups Maintain and organize project documentation meeting notes and task trackers Schedule and participate in team discussions and prepare follow-up reports Support the project lead in managing deadlines and priorities Prepare presentations and status reports using PowerPoint or Google Slides Ensure NDA compliance and data confidentiality for all client and company information Skills
Qualifications Good spoken and written English communication Strong email writing and presentation skills Basic understanding of software or website development projects Organized responsible and eager to learn Familiarity with tools like Odoo Projects ClickUp Trello preferred but not mandatory Any graduate preferably in IT Computer Science Management or related field Important Note All selected candidates must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement NDA before starting work Please apply only if you are comfortable with the salary range 10 000
