Position: Purchase Manager Department: Procurement
Job Summary The Purchase Manager is responsible for managing the procurement of food, beverages, housekeeping supplies, maintenance materials, and other operational requirements. The role focuses on vendor management, cost optimization, inventory control, and ensuring timely availability of quality materials to support seamless hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities and purchase orders.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for the best pricing and quality.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with departments.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and vendor databases.
- Track procurement costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce
- 5+ years of procurement experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, senior living, or facility management.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and inventory control skills.
