Samarpan is a Mental Health Organization which operates India's only CARF accredited rehabilitation center in Mulshi, Pune and an evidence based mental health counselling center in Mumbai. It is backed by Baldota Group. Samarpan is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency while working closely with our Finance & Accounts team. Key Responsibilities ✅ Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain accurate financial records Handle entries and reconciliations in SAP/Tally Ensure compliance with accounting standards ✅ Bill Processing & Reimbursements Process vendor bills and staff expenses Verify documentation and approvals ✅ Budgeting & Financial Planning Support annual budgets and monthly tracking Provide variance analysis and insights Prepare MIS reports ✅ Invoicing & Receivables Generate invoices and track collections Follow up on outstanding receivables ✅ Audit & Compliance Assist in audits (internal & external) Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and regulations ✅ Coordination & Reporting Collaborate across teams and stakeholders Prepare financial reports and dashboards Qualifications and skills required B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) MBA in Finance or CA Inter 5+ years of accounting experience (preferably in healthcare) Proficiency in SAP, Tally, and MS Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to travel between Mumbai and Mulshi as needed Why join us Be part of a mission-driven organization making a tangible impact on mental health.
