Key Responsibilities Online Marketplace Management Manage and monitor online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, etc. Optimize product listings through keyword research and content enhancement to improve visibility and rankings. Track orders, returns, and customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution. Marketing & Promotions Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts. Manage and optimize marketplace advertising operations. Analytics & Reporting Monitor key KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, sales performance, and customer behavior. Prepare regular sales and performance reports with actionable insights. Utilize Excel, Google Analytics, and dashboard tools for analysis and reporting. Inventory & Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain stock availability. Work closely with customer service, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Management, or Digital Marketing. Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or other online marketplaces. For candidates with 1 year of experience, Amazon marketplace experience is mandatory. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
