Job Summary
Mechfab Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to manage, update, and maintain company records and databases. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, accuracy, and proficiency in MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and spreadsheets.
- Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation.
- Organize and manage digital and physical files.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and update information.
- Generate MIS reports as required by management.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry or office administration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
