We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives in the FinTech domain. This is a blended role involving both voice and non-voice interactions

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via calls and non-voice channels

Provide accurate and timely information to customers

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environme nt

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate (mandatory)
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Basic to good communication skills in English
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred

Compensation

  • Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
