Job Summary -
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage financial workflows and procurement operations. You will own end-to-end accounts payable processes. You will oversee accurate monthly payroll processing. You will ensure strict compliance with TDS regulations. You will also provide critical support to procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities :
Accounts Payable & TDS
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
- Process vendor payments accurately on scheduled dates.
- Reconcile vendor statements monthly to resolve ledger discrepancies.
- Deduct accurate TDS on vendor payments per current tax laws.
- File quarterly TDS returns and deposit monthly tax liabilities.
Payroll Management
- Collect attendance data to calculate monthly salaries accurately.
- Compute variable pay, bonuses, deductions, and statutory provisions.
- Disburse monthly salaries on time through banking channels.
- Issue Form 16 and manage payroll compliance records.
Procurement Support
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes and negotiate terms.
- **Raise purchase orders (**POs) based on internal department requisitions.
- Track delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Evaluate vendor performance regarding quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years handling accounts, payroll, and vendor operations
- Software: Advanced proficiency in ERPs like Tally, SAP, or NetSuite.
- Excel: Strong command over VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
