Position: Assistant Operations Manager Department: Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of DDUKK/ DDU-GKY/JSDM training centres and ensure compliance with project guidelines.
  • Plan, create, and monitor training batches, ensuring timely batch formation and trainee enrolment.
  • Prepare and manage tender documents, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals, and bid submissions.
  • Maintain all project documentation, records, reports, and files required for audits and government inspections.
  • Coordinate with Centre Managers, MIS, Mobilization, Training, and Placement teams for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain MIS reports using Advanced Microsoft Excel, including dashboards, data validation, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting formats.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports, compliance documents, and project updates to DDUKK, DDU-GKY, JSDM, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor trainee admissions, attendance, assessments, certifications, placements, and post-placement documentation.
  • Support implementation of SOPs, quality standards, and process improvements to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Perform any other operational, administrative, and project-related responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Qualific

ations

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • MBA (Operations/HR) or equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in operations, preferably in DDU-GKY, JSDM, PMKVY, NSDC, or other Government Skill Development Projects.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of DDUKK/DDU-GKY/JSDM operational guidelines.
  • Expertise in Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, Dashboards, Charts, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting).
  • Experience in batch planning, documentation, tender preparation, and MIS reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
