About the Role
At Enhancio ( we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will play a vital role in fostering long-term partnerships with our customers. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams, acting as the voice of the customer while ensuring seamless adoption, satisfaction, and growth. Your mission: strengthen partnerships, maximize product value, and champion customer advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Onboarding and Training:
- Lead smooth onboarding experiences and deliver tailored training sessions.
- Drive product adoption by embedding best practices into customer workflows.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Engage proactively to understand customer goals, challenges, and KPIs.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities to grow accounts.
3. Customer Support and Issue Resolution
- Manage and prioritize support requests with urgency and empathy.
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with Engineering for swift resolutions.
4. Customer Engagement & Enablement
- Guide customers through new features and updates.
- Build customized success plans to maximize ROI.
- Maintain a robust Knowledge Base with customer-centric documentation.
5. Product Feedback & Collaboration
- Identify trends and share customer insights with the Product team to drive continuous improvements.
- Partner with Engineering on feature requests aligned to customer needs.
6. Advocacy & Cross-Functional Impact
- Act as a customer advocate within the company, sharing insights and advocating for improvements that enhance customer experiences.
- Partner with Marketing to develop case studies and contribute to customer-focused content.
Qualifications
Required
- 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, B2B Demand Generation, and Marketing Operations.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or Demand Generation environments.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive adoption.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred
- Familiarity with CRM/Marketing Automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- Experience managing global accounts across USA and EMEA.
- Understanding of campaign performance metrics, lead quality, and pipeline generation.
