Hiring: Ecommerce Executive (D2C & Quick Commerce)

Location: Greater Noida (On-site)

Company: Earth's Soul Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. Brand: NATURECODE We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across marketplaces, Quick Commerce platforms, and our D2C website. Key

Responsibilities: * Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and D2C website operations * Handle Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other Quick Commerce accounts * Drive sales growth and build the brand across Ecommerce and Quick Commerce platforms * Manage product listings, catalog updates, pricing, and inventory * Plan and execute promotions, visibility campaigns, and platform activities to improve sales performance * Coordinate order processing, returns, and customer issue resolution * Monitor sales performance, stock availability, competition, and promotional activities * Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and marketing teams * Prepare daily/weekly sales and inventory reports * Track key KPIs and identify growth opportunities across channels * Build relations with marketplace teams *Onboard brand onto new marketplace as per brand standards and requirement *Coordinate with finance on issuing of PO

Requirements: * 1–3 years of experience in Ecommerce Operations or Marketplace Management * Prior experience in Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, Supplements, Ayurveda, or Wellness brands is highly preferred * Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc. * Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets * Familiarity with Shopify and ecommerce reporting tools is a plus * Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills If you're excited about Ecommerce, Quick Commerce, and scaling a fast-growing consumer brand, we'd love to hear from you.
