Job Description

The Assistant Jewel Consultant will support senior sales staff in delivering an excellent customer experience by assisting in jewellery presentation, customer handling, billing coordination, and showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Jewel Consultants in attending walk-in customers and understanding their jewellery requirements. Support in showcasing jewellery designs and explaining basic product details to customers. Help with tag checking, item handling, and safe movement of jewellery within the showroom. Coordinate with billing, stock, and quality teams for smooth customer transactions. Ensure display counters are neat, organized, and replenished. Follow showroom SOPs related to safety, security, and customer service. Assist during peak hours, promotions, and special sales events. Maintain polite, professional, and customer-friendly behaviour at all times.

Job Specification

Education:

Any Graduate

Experience:

0–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service Freshers are welcome to apply

Training will be provided for freshers

Skills Required:

Good communication skills in Tamil (basic English preferred) Customer service orientation Willingness to learn jewellery knowledge and sales techniques Teamwork and coordination skills

Other Requirements:

Well-groomed and presentable Ability to stand for long hours Willingness to work as per showroom timings and weekly off schedule

Salary ₹22,600 per month (Incentives applicable as per company policy- For Experienced Candidate)
