Designation - Customer Service Executive

Qualification - HSC / Graduate Freshers - Can also apply

Shifts - Rotational shifts (6 days working with 1 rotational week offs)

Location - Work from Home

Languages Known - Hindi & Gujarati

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Good verbal communications skills in Hindi and Gujarati
  • Handle customer interactions via voice support.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain high customer satisfactions and service quality.
  • Follow process guidelines and company policies.

(Domain Knowledge - BPO Voice/ Customer Service)

Communication - Basic English

System Requirements (Mandatory)-

Processor - Core i5 (8th Gen or above)

RAM - 8GB Minimum

Operating System - Windows 10 or above

Internet Speed - Min, 20 Mbps (Upload & Download)

Camera - MANDATORY

UPS Backup - Min. 2 hrs (Mandatory)

EDR Installation - Mandatory
