About Us : taSki Technologies is a deep-tech travel-tech company delivering innovative solutions across flight, hotel, and cab bookings for B2B and B2C segments.

Role Overview : We're looking for a fresher or early-career MBA graduate to join our Team as a Management Trainee. You'll work on-site / client locations, supporting day-to-day operations, system workflows, and process improvements in a fast-paced travel-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor operational workflows across mobility and travel-tech systems
• Analyse processes, track KPIs, and recommend data-driven improvements
• Coordinate with IT, product, and operations teams to streamline execution
• Support vendor management, system integrations, and troubleshooting
• Serve as client SPOC for cab operations (where applicable)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Operations/Systems (Freshers to 1 year of experience)
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis
• Basic understanding of technology, databases, and operational workflows
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada
• Comfortable working on-site at client locations
• Must own a personal laptop

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
